The Northern Employment Business Hub (NEBHub) is a key workforce development initiative of the Bell Bay Advanced Manufacturing Zone (BBAMZ), established to strengthen employment outcomes across Northern Tasmania. Through close collaboration with industry, government, training providers, and local communities, NEBHub connects job seekers with employment opportunities, supports workforce development, and helps businesses address current and future skills needs.

Established through a $2 million Tasmanian Government investment announced in 2021, and delivered in partnership with Jobs Tasmania. NEBHub forms part of Tasmania's Regional Jobs Hub network and continues to connect employers, job seekers, training providers and community organisations to address local workforce needs and support regional economic growth.

Based at Tenancy 5, Cornwall Square Transit Centre, 182–192 Cimitiere Street, Launceston, NEBHub serves the municipalities of West Tamar, George Town, Launceston, Meander Valley, Northern Midlands and Flinders Island. Through both its physical office and outreach activities, NEBHub provides accessible support to job seekers and employers across Northern Tasmania.

NEBHub offers a walk-in service for job seekers, providing guidance on employment pathways, training opportunities and connections to local employers. At the same time, the Hub works directly with businesses to understand workforce requirements, identify skills gaps and support recruitment needs. By fostering strong relationships between industry and the community, NEBHub helps ensure that local jobs are matched with local people, contributing to the long-term economic growth and prosperity of Northern Tasmania.
